single-session consultation

I work with clients via phone, video conferencing, and in-person sessions. I use secure, HIPAA-compliant systems for online sessions, messaging, and payment.

A single-session consultation is for anyone interested in a brief intervention (we can talk for 30 minutes or 60 minutes) that is intended to help you take a small, achievable, meaningful next step towards an important goal.

This is the ideal modality for the client who's not looking to commit to ongoing therapy or coaching, as well as for those working within a limited budget, but who nonetheless desire a resource to help them create some momentum.

Recent research suggests that even a single-session consultation can decrease feelings of depression and hopelessness and bolster feelings of agency.
