Service Fees

The fee for a 50-minute session is $120 for individuals and $150 for joint sessions (e.g., couples/families). You may pay for our sessions with cash, checks, or credit cards. Payment is due on or before the day of our session. Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance.

A limited number of sliding scale slots are available for those with annual incomes below $20,000. Proof of income (e.g., a pay stub) is required to be eligible for the sliding scale fee.

Additional fees:

Phone and video-conferencing sessions: your session fee, prorated according to time spent on phone (e.g., if we arrange a half-hour phone session, and your normal session fee is $120, you will be billed $60 for the phone session). Phone and video-conferencing sessions must be arranged and paid for in advance. Clients are not billed for brief phone calls or email correspondence regarding questions about services, appointment scheduling, etc.

Late cancellation fee (fewer than 24 hours before our session): full session fee

Late payment fee: $10

Letters and other documentation: your session fee, prorated according to time spent providing the requested documentation (e.g., if I spend an hour writing your letter and your session fee is $120, you will be billed $120 for the letter).

Insurance:

I am not currently accepting insurance. Many insurance plans, however, will pay for a portion of sessions with out-of-network providers. Check with your plan.
